..OMG I LOVE GILMORE GIRLS AND JESSE BUT OMG I HATE SHANE! ~Madlin

.. OMG I THINK THAT RORY AND JESS ARE GONNA BE PERFECT
TOGETHER!! AND LUKE AND LORELAI R 2. L AND L SEE THE SIGNS BUT THEY JUST CAN'T MAKE THEMSELVES GO OUT I believe its because they dont wanna ruin their friendship BUT LUKE INVITES THEM TO THANKSGIVING!!!! GOOO LUKE!

..Okay. This is going to be something of a combo deal. Rave: the fact that the writing staff is approaching the L/L stuff carefully and doling it out slowly. One thing that is made abundantly clear about these two characters is that they care deeply for one another as friends. I know, from personal experience, how hard it is to approach something more with someone you care for in that way. You *don't* want to wreck the relationship already in place. I think that is why Lorelai has been so skittish about going after Luke, and vice- versa. They honestly *like* being friends. The idea of losing that stable relationship, one of the mainstays of both their lives, is probably terrifying. Kudos to the writing staff for making that particular scenario plausible. Rant: same situation, fangirl- take. Darn it all, but Luke and Lorelai are just amazing on screen. Scott Patterson and Lauren Graham have absolutely wonderful chemistry. Not only are they a striking couple, physically, but they also have that certain *charge* that can just light up a screen. But, even better, they're also heart-breakingly real. A lot of television shows, and movies, and books romanticize the ideas of love, marriage and sex. Everything comes out *too* perfect, or *too* wonderful. Luke and Lorelai are characters with depth. They're not perfect. He's cranky, she's immature, he needs to shave more, she's insane, he's a health nut... you get the picture. These people have *flaws*. Their relationship HAS FLAWS. So, Amy Sherman-Palladino. Get on yer darn horse and show us that relationship! Show us joy! Show us pain! Give us more pancakes! ~ A.J.

..This season has gotten off to a good start, but I wish the hilarity from the first season would come back! Why won't Luke just ask Lorelai out??? In the Dance Marathon ep. they just sat their smiling at each other waiting for the first one to admit that THEY WERE RIGHT FOR EACH OTHER, DAMMIT!! AHHH!!! ~ Stargirl

..Dean was getting shafted hardcore, so I had fun watching him tell off Rory the way he did. Good for him. Now Jess is going to turn her into a bad- girl suck-face; Rory will explore her so- called "wild side". Ever notice how Rory and Dean's kisses were so polite and proper? I can see romance moving more towards "interesting" with Rory and Jess, if that's what you want to call it. Others might call it "ratings". If Rory found Shane's bra in the back of Jess' car, how long until it's her own? I can see it coming now. ~ Radcliffe

..OK WHAT IS UP WITH LUKE AND LORELIA? THEY KNOW THEY LOVE EACHOTHER AND THEY BOTH WANT TO GET TOGETHER! SURE THEY ARE REALLY GOOD FRIENDS BUT SOMETIMES WE NEED TO TAKE CHANCES AND GO FOR THINGS THAT WE KNOW ARE RIGHT. THAT APPLIES IN THIS SIT ~Laur

..I agree. There is no better couple anywhere!! They are striking together and the sparks do fly!! They also have great comedy timing going--Damn Donna Reed and the recent cell phone incident. Could watch an hour of just them. I think when they finally do get together--it will be just the beginning of a whole other story. These two learning to be together could fill a whole season. Getting them together doesn't have to be the end of everything--it could be just the beginning! ~Cheryl
